x11-toolkits/swt: unbreak by removing -Werror

This is just a Q&D fix: compilation fails with many deprecation warnings.
It is lagging, and the real fix would probably be to upgrade it to a more
recent version: latest is 4.37  ATM.

  are not shipped with the tarball.
