This is the source distribution of XForms, a graphical user interface
toolkit for X Window Systems. It should work under X11 R4, R5 & R6.

XForms features a rich set of objects, such as buttons, scrollbars,
and menus etc. integrated into an easy and efficient object/event
callback execution model that allows fast and easy construction of
X-applications. In addition, the library is extensible and new objects
can easily be created and added to the library.

Update to the 1.0 final release. Fixes a missing distfile error.

Add dependency on libtiff to unbreak build.

Fix build for people who have xforms-1.0_1,1 already installed, by
linking against the correct library.

Take maintainership of port since I'm currently working on updating
this port and previous maintainer has not responded to email.

This is linked against libc.3, so add depend for misc/compat3x.    

This port installs libraries linked against libXpm, so define   USE_XPM.    

Create libforms.a -> libxforms.a link to fix ports that link with   libxforms.  
 

Fix all ports that depend on this port by adding back the symlink to  
libxforms.so.0.    

On i386 downgrade to 0.88 because 0.89 is buggy and segfaults very too often.   

Massive style enforcement - use ^I instead of spaces for variables identation.  
 

Convert category x11-toolkits to new layout.  

Create libform.so --> libxform.so.1 link, because it seems that library has  
been built with --soname option and w/o this link dynamically-linked  
executables don't work.    

Update to 0.89 on i386, remove aout bits and cleanup the port.    

Use {MASTER,PATCH}_SITE_SUBDIR instead of make's sed capabilities.    

Use the distfiles now on ftp.freebsd.org instead of from my home directory   on
freefall.    

Rename INSTALLS_SHLIBS to INSTALLS_SHLIB.  (There was a typo in the   previous
commit message to bsd.port.mk, which said INSTALL_SHLIBS.  Boo.)    

Fix MASSIVE typo INSTALL_SHLIBS --> INSTALLS_SHLIBS, which occured because I  
just cun'n'pasted the name from Satoshi's commit message without checking   it. 
  

First round of INSTALL_SHLIB fixes.    

Remove @exec ranlib's.  Since pkg_add doesn't change the timestamp,   these are
not necessary (even if the linker cares about the timestamp --   I'm not sure if
it does).
