- Description:
- Mailfromd is a general-purpose mail filtering daemon for Sendmail, Postfix,
and MeTA1. It is able to filter both incoming and outgoing messages using
criteria of arbitrary complexity, supplied by the administrator in the form
of a script file. The daemon interacts with the MTA via Milter or PMilter
protocols. Some of its features:
- Feature-rich, detailed, configurable absolute control over each
stage of SMTP session
- Advanced sieve support (flexible programming language for writing
MTA extensions)
- Sender address verification (call-out)
- Black/greylisting and whitelisting
- Mail sending rate control
- Local account verification
- Native language support

mail/mailfromd: the port had been updated to version 8.14
Also, fix `calloutd' startup script (it works under unprivileged
user and thus cannot write to /var/run directly) and reduce some
gratuitous differences between startup script templates.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

mail/mailfromd: mark compatible with BDB 5+, add gnutls requisite
The gnutls dependency wasn't listed, and it appears that if the
requisite mail/mailutils is compiled against db5, then mailfromd
compiles fine.

Update `databases/gdbm' to version 1.18.1, an important bugfix release
which restores compatibility with old databases (version 1.8) and some
later versions which were built without mmap(2) support. Due to shlib
version change, bump port revisions of the consumer ports.

Install texinfo files (GNU info) into ${PREFIX}/share/info
After a discussion on the mailing list on moving manpages to
${PREFIX}/share/man for consistency with base where it is
installed in usr/share/man, it appeared the same should happen
to GNU info files which were installed under share in base and
not in ports.
Now texinfo is not in base on any of the supported version of FreeBSD
it is possible to proceed to this move and it is easier to do than
the manpage change.
Other benefit than consistency are less patching: all build tools but
cmake are expecting info files to be under share/info and cmake (patched here)
was having an exception for BSD so the patch makes FreeBSD case less
specific for them

Fix dns_resolve_ipstr(), by selecting `rrtype' depending on the domain in
question. This should produce the same results as it was in the previous
res_query() implementation, which queried for T_ANY and selected the first
