Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

Rollback to xf86-video-mga 1.4.7 (and patches from master as of today).
Dual-head doesn't work properly with this version but at least most
single-head setups will work correctly.

Update xf86-video-mga to 1.9.100.

- Update X.org ports to 7.3.
- Mark XFree86-4 as DEPRECATED with EXPIRATION_DATE set to 2007-12-25.
I hope that nobody will be bored enough on Christmas to remove them on
that day.
