Chase xserver update with driver port bumps.

Update to 2.1.13

Chase the Xorg server update and bump ports that depend on it.

The nv driver was somewhat brain-damaged, it was detecting most all
of the devices on the system as possible video devices.  Pull in
a patch from git to at least try to address this.

Bump PORTREVISION for x11 drivers that weren't updated.
