Remove x11-drivers/xf86-video-vga as it has been marked BROKEN for over
4 months.

Chase xserver update with driver port bumps.

Chase the Xorg server update and bump ports that depend on it.

Bump PORTREVISION for x11 drivers that weren't updated.

Approved by:    garga (mentor, implicit)

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
