eSpeak For Asterisk provides the "Espeak" dialplan application,
which allows you to use the Espeak speech synthesizer with Asterisk.
This module invokes the Espeak TTS engine locally, and uses it to
render text to speech.

Remove options to compile these ports against net/asterisk11 in
preparation for port expiration.

asterisk 11.x will EOL on 2017-10-25 and is scheduled for removal.

Please use the net/asterisk13 port.

Never set WRKSRC when using USE_GITHUB.

If you want to set WRKSRC, set GH_PROJECT instead.
- The GitHub URLs are case insensitive, but the distribution files you
  get out of them are not.
- If the repository was renamed, the old URL will still work, but the
  distribution name will be ith the new name.
