- Remove gstreamer plugins not in 0.10 (yet)

Repocopy gstreamer-plugins-polypaudio to gstreamer-plugins-polyp as the
latter is what gstreamer calls the Polyp Audio plug-in.  This effectively
fixes the linking of this plug-in.
