Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Upgrade Kicad to 4.0.7 (the latest stable release).

The libraries are released separately: create a new port cad/kicad-library.

Add Kicad, a software for the creation of electronic schematic
diagrams and printed circuit board artwork.

Kicad is a set of four softwares and a project manager:

    * Eeschema: Schematic entry.
    * Pcbnew: Board editor.
    * Gerbview: GERBER viewer (photoplotter documents).
    * Cvpcb: footprint selector for components used in the circuit design.
    * Kicad: project manager.
