Description:

OctoSQL is predominantly a CLI tool which lets you query a plethora of databases and file formats using SQL through a unified interface, even do JOINs between them. At the same time it's an easily extensible full-blown dataflow engine, and you can use it to add a SQL interface to your own applications.

various: Bump Go ports for 1.24.9

This is a direct commit to 2025Q4. It'll definitely bring things (esp.
PORTREVISION lines) out of sync with main, but trying to MFH the
associated bump commit would bring in a massive quantity of conflicts.
