Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
PostgreSQL is a sophisticated Object-Relational DBMS, supporting almost all SQL constructs, including subselects, transactions, and user-defined types and functions. It is the most advanced open-source database available anywhere. Commercial Support is also available. The original Postgres code was the effort of many graduate students, undergraduate students, and staff programmers working under the direction of Professor Michael Stonebraker at the University of California, Berkeley. In 1995, Andrew Yu and Jolly Chen took on the task of converting the DBMS query language to SQL and created a new database system which came to known as Postgres95. Many others contributed to the porting, testing, debugging and enhancement of the Postgres95 code. As the code improved, and 1995 faded into memory, PostgreSQL was born. PostgreSQL development is presently being performed by a team of Internet developers who are now responsible for all current and future development. The development team coordinator is Marc G. Fournier (scrappy@PostgreSQL.ORG). Support is available from the PostgreSQL developer/user community through the support mailing list (questions@PostgreSQL.ORG). PostgreSQL is free and the complete source is available. WWW: http://www.postgresql.org/

- Replace the p5-postgresql-plperl port with versioned ports. This replaces
the fragile autodetection logic with unambiguous ports, creates packages
that work, and also ensures that each version is tested.

- Take back maintainership; should be maintained together with postgresql-server

- While here, remove p5-prefix; the packages have not had this for years, so we
may as well update the port directories now

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

In order to address a potential security hole recently identified with
the "LOAD" option, the PostgreSQL Global Development Group is
announcing the release of new versions of PostgreSQL.

Update to 7.3.9, 7.4.7 & 8.0.1.

Take the opportunity to reset PORTREVISION of slave ports.

Back out name change of startup script. The new script uses rc.subr(8),
and as such also uses rcorder(8). But, rcorder does not exist in FreeBSD
4.x. Hence rename the script it back to the top of the directory
list. [1]

The periodic script should of course be executable. [2]

Split the postgresql ports into a server and a client part.

All ports depending on postgresql shall use the USE_PGSQL=yes knob
defined in Mk/bsd.ports.mk. Bumping portrevisions where needed.

Introduce the world to PostgreSQL 7.4! By and large this release is
regarded as a major release with features with interest to those with
large databases. The updates are extensive and the best source of info
is in the release notes. Enjoy and direct questions to database@!

Fix these two so they at least work with 'make index'. The inclusion
