deskutils/fyi: new port
FYI (for your information) is a command line utility to send desktop
notifications to the user via a notification daemon implementing XDG desktop
notifications.
It is a almost a notify-send clone, with the following differences:
* notify-send does not implement --close.
* notify-send does not expose activation tokens (needed for window
focus/activation) in any meaningful way. It prints it as a debug message when
G_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all; fyi prints it when you use --print-token.
* fyi has consistent syntax in its --action and --hintoptions.
* fyi can print the reason a notification was closed, with --print-reason.
* fyi can query the notification daemon for its name and version information.
* fyi can query the notification daemon for its capabilities.
* fyi has shell completions (bash and fish).
* fyi has a single run-time dependency: dbus.

KDE: Add Ports for the upcoming KDE Plasma Desktop 6 (beta1)
KDE's 6th Megarelease - Beta 1
Wednesday, 29 November 2023
En route to the new Plasma, Frameworks and Gear
Every few years we port the key components of our software to a new
version of Qt, taking the opportunity to remove cruft and leverage the
updated features the most recent version of Qt has to offer us.
It has been nearly 10 years since the last big release of our flagship
Plasma desktop environment, and the time has come again. KDE is making
available today the Beta version of all the software we will include in
a megarelease scheduled for the end of February 2024.
To ensure all parts of KDE's software stack are working together, we are
releasing all our major bundles at the same time. Today sees the
continuation of that journey with the Beta releases of Plasma 6, KDE
Frameworks 6 and the KDE Gear bundle of apps.
+-------------------------------------------------------------------------+
This is a very early preview intended for developers and testers only.
We hope it will be picked up by rolling unstable distros, but it is far
from being ready for day-to-day use yet.

deskutils/subsurface: New port
Subsurface can plan and track single and multi-tank dives using air, Nitrox or
TriMix. It allows tracking of dive locations including GPS coordinates (which
can also conveniently be entered using a map interface), logging of equipment
used and names of other divers, and lets users rate dives and provide
additional notes.
You can tag dives and filter a dive list based on criteria including tags,
locations and people with whom you were diving. You can group the dive list
into trips, and edit multiple dives at the same time, making it easy to support
a large number of dives.
Subsurface also calculates a wide variety of statistics of the user's diving
and tracks information like the SAC rate, partial pressures of O2, N2 and He,
calculated deco information, and many more.
