- Removing some abandonware. Upstream has disapeared many years ago.

I've being keeping the tarballs for these ports for years but, inspired by
r534093, I've decided to remove them.

Remove libiconv.so.3 compatibility link that was added in r374303 to
prevent massive PORTREVISION bumps.  Bump dependent ports that have not
been bumped since.

Remove ${PORTSDIR}/ from dependencies, categories d, e, f, and g.

MASTER_SITES cleanup.

- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
  of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
  no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.

While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.

Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Remove CMAKE_USE_PTHREAD from the ports using it.

This setting has not had any effect since r1.13 to bsd.cmake.mk, as it
was only useful when we supported FreeBSD < 7.

bump PORTREVISION after cmake update

This plugin is based on vformat.{c,h} which got adapted from evolution e-vcard
parser. vformat.{c,h} parsing and assembling of vObject-like formatting. The
term vformat is often use to describe this format of vCard 2.1, vCard 3.0,
vCalendar, iCalendar and vNote.
