Update to a more featurefull, but limited-unless-registered version 3.2.

        . USE_JAVA=1.3+
        . Do not install swingall.jar
        . install in ${PREFIX}/share/java
        . don't extract under WKRDIR and copy -- untar the distfile
          directly
        . move the start-up script's template from Makefile into its
          own files/moneydance.sh
