devel/android-tools: fix build on FreeBSD 14
the libusb backends uses macros which only exists on FreeBSD 15.0+
switch back to literals so it builds everywhere.

devel/android-tools: update to 35.0.2
Recreate the port from scratch, and base in on the cmakified
https://github.com/nmeum/android-tools
Why recreating from scratch: android-tools has changed a lot since
latest version in the ports tree and it was easier for me to restart
the porting.
The main highlight is: create a libusb base backed for fastboot which now
uses lowlevel usb primitive on other targets.
Test by: flashing GrapheneOS (which requires this version as minimum
requirement and exercise fastboot extensively)
Working on LineageOS, Android and GrapheneOS over adb.
Other tools has not been tested.
Take maintainership

*/*: Bump all devel/protobuf consumers
They must always be bumped after devel/protobuf because it include
following files whose filenames contain %%PORTVERSION%%. Consequently,
the shlib will always change when PORTVERSION is increased.
lib/libprotobuf-lite.so.%%PORTVERSION%%.0
lib/libprotobuf.so.%%PORTVERSION%%.0
lib/libprotoc.so.%%PORTVERSION%%.0

go: Bump go124-dependent ports
Earlier I bumped the default Go to 1.24. Ports that specify a lower
version will still build with those lower version (for now), so they
don't need a bumping. Instead I'm bumping anything that (now) has go124
as a dependency.
devel/googletest: Update to 1.15.0
- Update MASTER_SITES: use upstream release tarball
- Use USES=pathfix to fix .pc installation
- Bump PORTREVISION of dependent ports for shlib change

all: remove explicit versions in USES=python for "3.x+"
The logic in USES=python will automatically convert this to 3.8+ by
itself.
Adjust two ports that only had Python 3.7 mentioned but build fine
on Python 3.8 too.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.
Approved by: portmgr (tcberner)
Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

devel/android-tools: New port: Android debugging tools
While I'm here, remove the old devel/android-tools-adb and
devel/android-tools-fastboot ports. These ports are long out-of-date
and the adb port especially had issues with certain devices.
This port was tested from a FreeBSD 14.0 system to flash both
LineageOS and GrapheneOS on a Google Pixel 3 using both `adb` and
`fastboot`.
