Work around a bug in GCC (http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8743).
Upstream vendor is aware of the problem, but no fix has made it into a
release yet.
Bump PORTREVISION.

- Fix the packing list when ${CXX} != g++
