Update to latest upstream version, 0.168.

0.168 removes the eu-ld utility and adds the eu-elfcompress utility.

- Drop GCC requirement to 4.8
- Remove -Werror for i386, for now anyway
- Require FreeBSD 10.0 or higher for strchrnul()
- Fix a few warnings noticed by gcc with optimization on
