github-act-runner is a self-hosted GitHub Actions runner implemented in Go. It speaks the GitHub Actions runner protocol and executes workflow steps directly on the host, including shell and JavaScript actions. A Node.js runtime must be available in PATH to execute JavaScript actions such as actions/checkout.
