Leaftag is a library and set of utilities for tagging files on the desktop.
libleaftag is the core tagging library. It's GObject-based and provides a
simple means for tagging and untagging files, retrieving lists of tags, and
generally manipulating the database.

Deprecate devel/libleaftag and deskutils/tagutils
They are unmaintained upstream (last releases in 2006) and some of
the few remaining consumers of databases/sqlite2.
Remove libintl.so.9 compatibility link that was added in r374303 to
prevent massive PORTREVISION bumps. Bump dependent ports that have not
been bumped since.
Remove USE_SQLITE from bsd.databases.mk, replaced by USES=sqlite.
While there replace USE_SQLITE=x by USES=sqlite:x.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
