Resurrect comms/py-libimobiledevice, update to 1.3.0
Resurrect devel/py-libplist, update to 2.2.0

Take maintainership of the ports listed above.

Bump PORTREVISION on consumers and adjust LIB_DEPENDS to new versioned library
names.
