Why was the website so slow for so long?

The cause of the slowdown was a change to the ZFS dataset. In conjunction with the database server, very little caching was being done. This combination resulted in increased disk I/O as the system churned through the database. Details in the blog post which outlines the various things which changed. Many graphs.

Ports using Python via USES=python are now flavored. All the py3-* ports
have been removed and folded into their py-* master ports.
People using Poudriere 3.2+ and binary packages do not have to do anything.
For other people, to build the Python 3.6 version of, for example,
      databases/py-gdbm, you need to run:
        # make FLAVOR=py36 install

Actually loosen restrictions on runtime dependencies

I was doing some last minute experiments and accidentally committed a wrong
patch. I'm sorry about that.

Loosen version restrictions on runtime dependencies

It turns out that it is not so practical to require a very specific version
of a package using DISTVERSION because the dependency cannot be fulfilled
when the dependency port gets it PORTREVISION bumped.

While here, make it possible to run tests more than once in a row and set
standard testing environment. Also, fix a typo in RUN_DEPENDS.

Add tests for more robustness

Also while here:
- Be very strict about the version of dependencies coming from the Angr
project (security/py-pyvex in this cae). All Angr-related ports must be
kept in sync with their versions.

New port: devel/py-cle

CLE loads binaries and their associated libraries, resolves imports and
provides an abstraction of process memory the same way as if it was loader
by the OS's loader.
