A tool that processes the most common jinja value templates in dbt model
files. The tool depends on tree-sitter and the tree-sitter-jinja2 library.
The current strategy is for this processor to be 100% certain when it can
accurately extract values from a given model file. Anything less than 100%
certainty returns an exception so that the model can be rendered with python
Jinja instead.

*/*: Fix many Rust ports to run without COMPAT11
RISCV does not include COMPAT11 by default. But Rust's libc bound the
compat-11 symbols until version 0.2.176. Patch a great many Rust ports
to use a newer version of libc, to eliminate the dependency on COMPAT11.
Explicitly patching Cargo.lock isn't usually necessarily, since within
the build jail cargo is forced to use whichever crates Makefile.crates
installs there.

* textproc/bookokrat: Rework bookokrat's existing patch to be more

devel/py-dbt-extractor: Use py-build to build wheel
Also remove dependency devel/py-tree-sitter, it is pinned in
Makefile.crates already and is written in Rust.
Nice bonus: The shared library is automatically stripped, down from 22
MB to 800 kB!
