- versioningit replaces the need for (and will overwrite) the version keyword
to the setup() function, so you should remove any such keyword from your
setup.py/setup.cfg to reduce confusion.

devel/py-setuptools: convert individual consumers to ${PY_SETUPTOOLS}
Currently a no-op, but in the future outputs the correct setuptools
port depending on whether USES_PYTHON=distutils is specified.

all: remove explicit versions in USES=python for "3.x+"
The logic in USES=python will automatically convert this to 3.8+ by
itself.
Adjust two ports that only had Python 3.7 mentioned but build fine
on Python 3.8 too.
