- Remove an extra flag for test(1) in Makefile.in.

- Remove HAS_JISX0213 check.

- Nuke *.el files from plist.

  (egg-exit-from-minibuffer).

- Remove an unnecessary overriding-local-map call in
  (menudiag-select-internal).

- Regenerate patch files.

- Rename obsolete symbol (s/last-command-char/last-command-event/) which
  prevents it from working with Emacs 24.3.
- Minor style fixes.
