- Update to 1.0.6

Update to version 1.0.4.3, and do a fair bit of repair so that
Maxima and Axiom both work with this. The repairs likely fix
other maths packages also. The maintainer is also retiring,
so reset MAINTAINER to ports@ to give him a break.
