Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

emulators/wine-devel: Pass maintainership to Damjan Jovanovic

Usually assuming maintainership goes along with a patch to update
or fix something. The former will come soon, with next week's
snapshot, and Damjan has been active upstream and in direct
conversations with me, and I will be supporting and mentoring him.

emulators/wine-gecko-devel: Relinquish maintainership

Cf. ee9b8284d0c0ca049900d8d812b039d34aef9082 for the wine-devel port.

Remove # $FreeBSD$ from Makefiles.

Update wine-gecko-devel from 2.47.1 to 2.47.2. Adjust wine-devel
accordingly.

Update to Wine 5.0 RC1, the first release candidate of the upcoming
Wine 5.0 release series.  This includes the following changes:
 - Gecko update, with support for running from a global location.
 - Unicode data updated to Unicode version 12.1.
 - Initial version of the MSADO (ActiveX Data Objects) library.
 - Update installation support in the WUSA (Windows Update Standalone)
   tool.
 - More progress on the kernel32/kernelbase restructuring.
 - Support for signing with ECDSA keys.
 - Various bug fixes.

In tandem update wine-gecko-devel from 2.47 to 2.47.1 - a minor update,
though URL and filename change from wine_devel to wine-devel, which is
in line with wine-mono-devel, for example, but easy to miss.  (Due to
revision r520775 this is only a one-liner now, though.)

Use DISTNAME in two cases instead of replicating its definition.
That'll also ease maintenance going forward.

Add CONFLICTS entries that prevent simultaneous installation of normal
and devel versions of these ports. While these are allowed when the devel
versions are newer than the normal versions, this is not always the case
and especially not at this time. Instead of only conflicting with the
same version of each port, a version wildcard is used, to prevent
unexpected behavior if the non-devel version is updated to match the
devel version when both are installed.

Update to Wine 1.9.13.  This includes the following changes:
 - More Shader Model 5 support in Direct3D.
 - Unicode data updated to Unicode 9.0.0.
 - Improvements to GDI paths and metafiles.

This now uses a new version of the Gecko engine based on Firefox 47,
and accordingly the wine-gecko-devel port is updated to version 2.44
to 2.47.

Transfer maintainership of wine-gecko and wine-gecko-devel from dbn@
to gerald@ to align with the wine and wine-devel ports.  Thanks David
for creating and maintaining these two for years!

Use LATEST_LINK to distinguish this port from wine-gecko, and change
its PORTNAME to wine-gecko accordingly.

Branch the emulators/wine-gecko port like we have been branching a new
emulators/wine-devel port off emulators/wine.  This new port, emulators/
wine-gecko-devel, now goes with wine-devel whereas wine-gecko continues
to support the regular wine port.
