Cross-platform ZFS replication tool written in Go that supports feature detection, bookmarks, and other new features. various: Bump Go ports for 1.25.3

This is a direct commit to 2025Q4. It'l bring things sortof out of sync
with main, but trying to merge in the associated bump commit would be
