Bump PORTREVISION, even on the ports that do not have a versioned
dependency, since the binaries will most probably still stop working. 5.2.1_3 ale Sync PORTREVISION with main port. 5.2.0_1 pav - Fix patch for php-5.2.1 5.2.0_1 roam Update the ftp/curl port to 7.16.0.
Bump PORTREVISION of all dependent ports.
Fix the build errors in the few ports that still use the long deprecated,
and now obsoleted, cURL options.
