games/lugaru: fix build with cmake 4, undeprecate and adopt

 - fix build with cmake 4
 - adopt this unmaintained port
 - fix a nuisance warning while we are at it
 - move to github, a gitlab upstream exists, too,
   but bitbucket no longer does

This game is fun.  It should not go the way of the dodo just because of
some silly cmake 4 issues.

games/lugaru: Update to 1.2

- Switch to gitlab repo, where the game is actually maintained.
- Bump PORTEPOCH as the versioning scheme changed.
- Update license information.
- Switch to sdl2.
- Remove obsolete DESKTOP_ENTRIES and link from share/pixmaps: the
  software now provides a lugaru.desktop file and an icon in share/icons.
