Why was the website so slow for so long?

The cause of the slowdown was a change to the ZFS dataset. In conjunction with the database server, very little caching was being done. This combination resulted in increased disk I/O as the system churned through the database. Details in the blog post which outlines the various things which changed. Many graphs.

graphics/gcolor3: fix build on GCC architectures

Don't add -Werror, it's against ports policy and breaks GCC architectures.

Mark some ports failing on powerpc64. These ports are either new
ports, or had been recently unblocked.

While here, pet portlint.

New port: graphics/gcolor3

Gcolor3 enables you to pick the color from any pixel on your screen.
It also offers a palette, so that you can easily mix and match a
couple of colors together.

When you have found the perfect combination of colors, naturally you
want to save them. Gcolor3 allows you to conveniently save and
retrieve colors.
