- Fix SIGSEGV problem on amd64.
- Convert ConvDesc and ModeTable to a linked list, deprecate complex
  realloc-based memory management.
- Add missing "${CAT} ${PKGMESSAGE}" in the post-install target.
- Regenerate patches.
