Remove lang/gcc28 (GCC 2.8) which has been DEPRECATED for more than
3 years and does not build anywhere.

Simpler version of the "make this work on 5-CURRENT again" fix.
In this version we simply use the default emulation rather than explicitly
setting it [wrong].
