- Update to Python-2.3.1, the lastest Bugfix release.
- Disable dlmodule on amd64 and sparc64 because dlmodule isn't designed
  for them.
- Add -fPIC on CFLAGS on amd64 for mod_python3 and other ports using it
  on linking their own dynamic library.
