Resurrect and update mail/cleanup-maildir to 0.3.1. This application has now
been ported to Python 3.

Add cleanup-maildir 0.1.0.2016010801, a script for cleaning up mails in
Maildir folders based on the arival date.

The script supports thread detection and can distinguish between read and
partially read threads.
