cleanup: remove gmime2

gmime 2 has been replaced long ago by 2.4 version then 2.6 and finally 3.0

It is more than time to remove the 2.2 version (2.4 is already gone)

- USES=libtool
- Use USES+= to fix slave port.
- Remove LATEST_LINK and PTHREAD_CFLAGS.
- Remove $FreeBSD$ from patch.

mail/dbmail22:
- USES=libtool.
- Remove -fPIC, PTHREAD_CFLAGS and PTHREAD_LIBS.
- Remove pre-install target.  Not needed with staging.
