Open WebMail is a webmail system designed to manage very large mail folder
files in a memory efficient way. It also provides a range of features to help
users migrate smoothly from Microsoft Outlook to Open WebMail. Open WebMail

This software is unfortunately no longer developed
It throws warnings because its syntax is dated, and there are several
alternatives. Most other distributions no longer include openwebmail.
Try mail/roundcube instead for a modern and high-quality experience.

Update ImageMagick to 6.9.10.14 [1]
* Add PKGNAMESUFFIX and rename the directory. This was done to show
that IM6 is not the "main" version. But still fully supported by upstream.
* Convert a number of options to optionhelpers.
* Add option for ISO/IEC 23008-12:2017 HEIF suport
* Add comment to pkg-descr explaining IM6's "legacy" tag.
* Add comment to the patch-config_policy.xml file why it still needed.
Please note that IM7 is not a drop in replacement due to library API and
command arguments changes. And as a result ports need to decide for themself
which version to use.
Chase these changes in all the ports that using IM6.

MASTER_SITES cleanup.
- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.
While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.
Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Move {mail,japanese}/p5-Mail-SpamAssassin to &/spamassassin, in the name of
improving accessibility.
I think people who want to just find the port/package and install it are
more likely to look for "spamassassin the program" than "spamassassin the
perl module collection."
