the liboggplay_oss patch should not have been removed. On FreeBSD > 700000 it
was applied via EXTRA_PATCHES, readd it as a normal patch as we only support
FreeBSD > 700000 now.
That's what i deserve for making one last tiny change without tinderbox testing
it.

- Mark DEPRECATED: Thunderbird 3.0.11 was the last security and stability
update for Thunderbird 3.0.x. Please consider using mail/thunderbird
instead.
- Fix arch detection (don't convert amd64 to x86_64). [1]
- Discard version from installation paths. This is needed to unbreak
thunderbird-dictionaries with Thunderbird 3. [2]
- Bump PORTREVISION.
