- Remove misc/compat22, it's forbidden, not needed by anything in Ports
Collection, and the 4.6.2 release bits it used are gone from mirrors

Mark FORBIDDEN because of FreeBSD-SA-03:05.xdr and
FreeBSD-SA-03:08.realpath: not fixed.

Mark DEPRECATED, it's no longer needed by any FreeBSD port (no
EXPIRATION_DATE set).

Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command; the ECHO
macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if make(1) is
invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to the echo command.

Add compat22, compat3x and compat4x. These packages allow you to install the
compat libraries on your system, so you can use legacy binaries that depend on
them.
