Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Most contributors copy an existing port when writing their own so reduce the
number of bad examples in the tree.

Add pseudo-port of POSIX Test Suite (http://posixtest.sourceforge.net).
It does not builds/installs anything, and should be used as wrapper to
run testsuite on FreeBSD.  See 'make help' output for usage.
