Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
The purpose of salias is to provide an aliasing system for programs where arguments may wish to be aliased. This is more useful than just a shell environment variable as an argument, since it can ``repeat'' options, such as GnuPG's --recipient option as needed. Also, unlike shell enviornment variables, it can be used transparently inside of other programs, strengthening it's drop-in capabilities. salias was initially designed for wrapping around GnuPG, providing aliases for keys. However, the design easily extends to being useful for all types of programs. WWW: http://salias.sourceforge.net/

According to the Porter's Handbook (5.12.2.3.) default options must be added to
OPTIONS_DEFINE. This policy has been implemented only recently that's why we
have many ports violating this policy.

This patch adds the default options specified in the Porter's Handbook to
OPTIONS_DEFINE where they are being used. Ports maintained by
gnome@FreeBSD.org, kde@FreeBSD.org and x11@FreeBSD.org have been excluded.

Cleanup unmaintained ports in the misc category:
	- Trim Header
	- Convert to OptionsNG
	- Prefer DISTNAME to DISTFILES
	- Reorder variables
	- Fix comments (don't include leading article)
	- @unexec rm must not cause failure
	- Tabs, not spaces
	- Single space for WWW
	- Pet portlint
	- etc.

In a few cases the option DOCS was used to control installation into EXAMPLEDIR.
I opted to keep the existing logic of the port in these cases.

* Update the glib to 2.34.3 and gtk20 to 2.24.17 and gtk30 to 3.6.4 which
  are the latest stable releases.
* Update vala to the newest stable release 0.18.1, also update a few ports
  in the gtk/gnome stack.
* The c++ bindings ports for glib, atk, gconf, etc, have now USE_GNOME toggles.
* Remove pkg-config run depends from glib20 and freetype2. This doesn't
eliminate pkg-config run dependency completely, a second phase is needed
  and is planned.
* Support for .:run. and .:build. for USE_GNOME components was added.
Currently only libxml2 and libxslt support this mechanism.
* Updates of the telepathy stack and empathy.
* Trim makefile headers, convert ports to new options, trim off library
  versions for some ports.
* Fix other ports so they build with the new glib version.

Thanks to miwi and crees for helping out with some exp-runs.
