Welcome plexmediaserver-plexpass to ports

This is a clone of the existing multimedia/plexmediaserver port.

All future "Plexpass" (read: bleeding edge) releases will land here on
this port. Subsequently, all future public/stable releases of Plex Media
Server will be committed to the existing multimedia/plexmediaserver
port.

Now that Plex has stabilized on FreeBSD and users are not waiting for a
laundry list of platform-specific bugfixes it is important that we offer
choice of both the recommended stable version as well as the bleeding edge.

Version 2 of the smpeg library.

SMPEG is a free MPEG1 video player library with sound support.  Video playback
is based on the ubiquitous Berkeley MPEG player, mpeg_play v2.2.  Audio is
played through a slightly modified mpegsound library, part of Splay v0.8.2.
SMPEG supports MPEG audio (MP3), MPEG-1 video, and MPEG system streams.

plaympeg is simple video players provided to test the library.  The C library
interface is 'documented' in smpeg.h, and the C++ library interface is spread
out over the MPEG*.h files.

This is a work in progress.  Only 16 or 32 bit color depth is supported.
The player will dynamically conver to other color depths, but playback
will be much faster if your display is already set to 16 bit color depth.

Add Gstreamer 1.0.7. This is the new stable version of the
Gstreamer multimedia framework.

Use the USE_GSTREAMER1 macro to select Gstreamer 1.0 plugins. A new chapter
for the porters handbook about gstreamer is a work in progress.

X related plugins are now stand alone. The gio plugin is now part of the
gstreamer1-plugins port and the oss plugins are now part of the
gstreamer1-plugins-good port.

Note that the pulseaudio plugin is missing because it needs a newer version
of pulseaudio. Also there are still a number of plugins from -bad which
haven't been ported to the 1.0 API yet.

The EXTended RECordings MENU plugin provides additional functions to VDR's
recordings menu:

This is a PVR add-on for XBMC to add VDR (http://www.cadsoft.de/vdr)
