net-im: remove 'Created by' lines

Remove # $FreeBSD$ from Makefiles.

- Remove libtool hacks and patches that are now handled by USES=libtool
- Remove CONFIG_SHELL from CONFIGURE_ENV because bsd.port.mk handles that

- Switch to USES=libtool
- Strip library

Support stage
USE_GMAKE -> USES=gmake

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
net-im)

Remove WWW entries from unmaintained ports that return 404 or where the domain
disappeared.

- Get Rid MD5 support

Sync to new bsd.autotools.mk

For ports maintained by ports@FreeBSD.org, remove names and/or
e-mail addresses from the pkg-descr file that could reasonably
be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people
who are no longer maintaining those ports.

- Switch SourceForge ports to the new File Release System: categories starting
with N

-Repocopy devel/libtool15 -> libtool22 and libltdl15 -> libltdl22.
-Update libtool and libltdl to 2.2.6a.
-Remove devel/libtool15 and devel/libltdl15.
-Fix ports build with libtool22/libltdl22.
-Bump ports that depend on libltdl22 due to shared library version change.
-Explain what to do update in the UPDATING.

It has been tested with GNOME2, XFCE4, KDE3, KDE4 and other many wm/desktop
and applications in the runtime.

Conversion to a single libtool environment.

Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order.  The code present
in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.

Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.

which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the
Porters Handbook.
