net-mgmt/nagios-pf-plugin: broken on FreeBSD 15, deprecate
This port requires the obsolete ioctl(DIOCGETSTATUS), which is no
longer supported on FreeBSD 15. Upstream is dead, so deprecate.
It also has some questionable warnings.
