Upgrade to 3.2.1.  There is still some work to be done wrt. auto-config,
but this ought to work at least as well as previous versions of the port.

Upgrade to 3.1.0.  Note that some run-time dependencies may be missing;
these will be added as soon as I can track them down properly (probably
along with an upgrade to 3.1.1)
