Re-add erroneously removed PHP extensions needed for proper
function. 6.4.0 Juraj Lutter (otis) net-mgmt/zabbix64-frontend: Fix build with PHP 8.2
Remove stray restriction preventing the build with PHP 8.2 as
zabbix 6.4 does officially support it.
