Hardware failure

The website is running on the old server. The new server stopped working at about 0200 UTC on 2020-08-22. The database was restored from 2020-08-21 00:59:15+00 UTC. I should always test end-to-end before committing (x10).

It turns out I forgot to update the Makefile in the Github project
after the removal of ruptime/rwho/rwhod.  So new tag, new distinfo.

the FreeBSD base system as pointed out by peter@ in

Add net/bsdrcmds.

This ports contains FreeBSD's "rmds" which were originally part of the
base system.
