net/mpich2: remove

MPICH2 has been marked as deprecated since dec. 2020, and no port in the
tree depends on it anymore.

Upstream switched to MPICH3 (net/mpich) and MPICH4 (not yet in the ports
tree), and now it does not build with GCC-11: it’s time to remove it.

net/mpich2: fix pkg-plist when JAVA option disabled, but while here...

When the default JAVA option is turned off, the check-plist fails due
to four files that don't get installed, so prefix them with %%JAVA%%

While here:
 * Fixing stage-qa with INSTALL_TARGET=install-strip
 * Manually strip JAVA option library libTraceInput.so as needed
 * Remove obsolete @dirrm
 * Add CFLAGS related to using ports execinfo to find the execinfo.h
   (ports GCC seem to look in /usr/local/include by default, but DF's
    base compiler does not, so explicitly specify this location)

All of these should be covered under the "Just Fix It" blanket

Add MPICH-2, an implementation of the Message-Passing Interface (MPI).
The goals of MPICH2 are to provide an MPI implementation for important
platforms, including clusters, SMPs, and massively parallel processors.
It also provides a vehicle for MPI implementation research and for
developing new and better parallel programming environments.

MPICH2 replaces MPICH1 and should be used instead of MPICH1 except for
the case of clusters with heterogeneous data representations.

Note: some regression tests fail with Fortran 90, but the problem has
been solved in 1.0.4-rc1, and 1.0.4 should be available RSN.
