Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
rsync is a replacement for rcp that has many more features. rsync uses the "rsync algorithm" which provides a very fast method for bringing remote files into sync. It does this by sending just the differences in the files across the link, without requiring that both sets of files are present at one of the ends of the link beforehand. This makes rsync a good remote file distribution/synchronization utility in a dialup PPP/SLIP environment. Note, requires rsync on the destination machine. There is a Computer Science Technical Report on the rsync algorithm is included in the distribution, and is available as ftp://samba.anu.edu.au/pub/rsync/tech_report.ps WWW: http://rsync.samba.org/

net/rsync: Remove duplicate entries in distinfo

This is a quick fix to unbreak the port.

The issue was caused by multiple additional patched
coming from the same distfile archive. If you enable
more than one of those options makesum script add a
distinfo description for each option.

Major changes:
    * CVE-2022-29154 Added some file-list safety checking
    * CVE-2022-37434 Fix in the bundled zlib (buffer overflow issue)
    * Fix the handling of filenames specified with backslash-quoted wildcards
      whith the remote-arg-escaping
    * Fix configure check for signed char that causes bogus checksums
    * rsync is compiled with an xxhash 0.8 library
    * New --trust-sender option to bypass the extra file-list safety checking
