Overhaul for the inn ports:

- Turn inn-stable and inn-current into slaves, as they are pretty much
  clones of news/inn.
- Update the above ports to recent snapshots.
- Allow inn's database and spool directories to be placed outside
  PREFIX (e.g. under /var).
- Add OPTIONS knobs.

- Add WITH_STANDARD_ETC knob
  If you define WITH_STANDARD_ETC inn config files are put
  in ${PREFIX}/etc/inn
