hrs Add libpaper support to print/a2ps-*[1], print/c2ps-*, print/lprps-*,
graphics/jpeg2ps-*, and merge the papersize-suffixed versions into
single ones respectively as print/psutils did.

be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people
